With this solution, all of your webpages may be viewed by accessing "http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?id=anyfile". You can have one master file with all the formatting and smaller files with only text/images that will be used on the page. No database required. Tested with PHP 4 on Mac OS X and PHP 5 on Linux.
