This script is meant to be used with a webcam program that sets up a server on your computer like dorgem(http://dorgem.sourceforge.net). It automatically dynamically refreshes your webcam image. When the webcam server is stopped or turned off, the page will display a specified image that shows that you are offline. Fairly simple to configure.
