SnippetMaster is a FREE simple tool for website owners who want an easy, quick, affordable, and visual (WYSIWYG) way to edit any pre-defined web page content area through their browser. It does not require a database and is designed to work seamlessly with existing web pages (including Dreamweaver templates and similar programs). It includes user authentication, a full-featured very easy-to-use WYSIWYG editor, image uploading and insertion, hyperlinking, and the ability to view and modify raw HTML. You can also make a list of "directories to ignore" and "files to ignore" in case there are certain pages or files you don't want to grant access. (Useful if you give edit access to your client and want to keep them out of certain folders, etc.) Free
