LDNews is a news management system. It has all the features you need including the ability to alter text size, color. Also link size and link color. It allows you to manipulate the output of your news with background images and has a very good adminastration panel that allows you to create/delete/edit users, *update* post, edit and delete news and gives you statistics on your current installation. Configuration can be changed and comments can be deleted along with the IP of the poster banned.
