The File Protector will enable you to safely place your web documents [HTML, TEXT] on your web server. You can create accounts for people that will expire in the time you specify [1 day up to 1 year]. The expiration is automatic, but the admin always has the capability to turn off access at any time. Users wishing to have an account will make a request through this tool: doing this will send to the admin the requesting users' name and email address. To create an account the admin enters in the user's name, email address and time for account to be active and valid. The tool will auto generate a password and notify the user via email. The user can at any time choose to change their password, or request that a new one be generated and sent to the user automatically [with no effort required of the admin]. Only users that authenticate and have a valid account can access the files you are protecting.
