This script is simple login form. Enter username and password. If correct, you enter in, otherwise not (go to another site or to another file. This is not a safe way to protect a files from hackers, cracker and other friends. The best thing to do is to use a database, but this is not the worst way either, beacsue your php scripts don't show in source code, just html.
