It's a PHP + MySQL application which integrates with phpBB allowing the users who registered for the support forums to report bugs and request features. The application is very easy to install, administrate and use, and you can customize it's whole look and feel using templates, you can even link product trackers with forums or link individual tracks with forum topics.
